Fully guided routes on the best and most breathtaking roads in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada and in the hills surrounding Granada.

About Ride Granada

Ride Granada is the creation of Rafa Manso, a small company based in Granada offering fully guided tailor made road cycling training camps and cycling holidays in Sierra Nevada (Andalucia, Spain).

We plan each day according to rider ability, preferences and schedule. Consequently all our training camps and cycling holidays can be adjusted according to rider ability. For participation in our training camps and cycling holidays in Sierra Nevada, we carefully prepare programs featuring appropriately increasing workload. Therefor our goal is to facilitate the completion of all scheduled training sessions while promoting maximum benefit for each rider.

In addition we design meticulously our cycling tours, customized for your level of riding, time constraints and fitness goals. Because of Granada is located at the foothills of Sierra Nevada and this is a mountainous region, a minimum degree of cycling experience is required to complete our cycling tours successfully.

All of our training camps and cycling holidays begin and end in Granada. Starting at the customer’s lodging with riders on their bikes and ending back at the same location. This would make transfers by vehicle unnecessary barring inclement weather conditions or the need to access very specific areas for special tours.

You don’t need to bring your bike, we can help you with the bike hire. We think is more comfortable travelling without the fear of losing or damage your bike in the transfers, but we know that our bike is our bike.

Finally our guides are cyclists with extensive experience guiding and racing. In addition they are also locals so they know the best roads and climbs of Granada and Sierra Nevada. They know the most quiet routes to ride and to enjoy. Their local insight makes it easy for us to offer our customers the best possible experience on a bike. Using their insider knowledge, we also make it to the best places for the all-important coffee stops that help fuel the last leg of the day’s stage.
